DESCRIPTION:
We all want to do what we can to help humanity move through the coronavirus pandemic. When I saw the article linked above, I recognized an opportunity to leverage my own personal YouTube smartwatch “media influence” to help spread the word about ongoing COVID-19 studies which use smartwatches and fitness bands for collecting critical crowd data (while practicing social distancing, of course).
In today’s video you will learn what the process looks like to sign up and being participating simply by wearing your watch or band, as well as what to expect from the data monitoring app and associated support apps depending on which device you have. Although I personally don’t have Apple Watches or Fitbits to use as examples, I do share a couple of alternative devices that work, along with their tethering apps and linked “Google FIT” app, just so you know how to hook it all up correctly.

No, it cannot detect a virus.

Great service public announcement video!
hitting mostly the united states? really?
Since the coronavirus is a respiratory virus, I measure my oxygen saturation with the stress level meter in the Samsung Health app. Maybe you can see a decrease in SpO2 before you are able to feel it yourself.
Is Spovan good to perform this study?
America only?
