Install a Screen Protector Perfectly in 2 Minutes

Install a Screen Protector Perfectly in 2 Minutes

Today we’re taking a look at how to apply a screen protector perfectly in just 2 minutes!

Installing a screen protector on your phone can be challenging at times often leaving you with a bunch of bubbles and dust particles that just won’t go away. So I wanted to make this quick tutorial on how to do it properly without any bubbles and have your phone protected while looking dope at the same time. I’m setting it up on my iPhone 12, but the process will be the same regardless of the smartphone you own.

Check out the full video to find out how you can apply a glass screen protector on your smartphone on your own and do it without any dust, scuffs, or bubbles with this quick installation!

  1. Just followed your tutorial because I suck at installing screen protectors and this is the best tutorial I seen.

trouble is, each generation changes the rules. Some have protective backings, some do not. Some have guides, some do not. Instructions on box are written with bad English in tiny writing so you have to take a picture of it to blow it up, then read past the bad English and try to figure out what they mean.

When you buy a new phone, most of the time it comes with a plastic film sticker installed on the screen. Do you remove that plastic before installing a screen protector ?

  13. Great, clear and no-filler video. 🙂 Was wondering what the water was going to be and that was a trick I’ve not heard before. Should try that, as always some one stray dust particle finds it’s way there to screw with my perfectionism 😀

  15. Keep a nice flashlight handy and shine it at an angle while using the sticky pad. It really shows small particles well. After removing the screen protector barrier don’t turn it upright to help avoid any dust from settling on it. If needed you can grab the edge of the screen protector to pull it up and get bubbles out but if there is dust trapped it’s not going away. Just some other tips but Great tutorial.

  20. what do you do when you re-apply and there is air bubbles that don’t squeegee out. How do you make the protector sticky again? I mean this video is just what is written on the packaging so not really helpful

I’d like to suggest that you place the glass on the phone and line it up exactly where you want it to be.
THEN use scotch tape [or stickers] to make a temporary hinge on one side of the phone . Just tape one side. Then lift the glass on its "hinge" , peel the plastic protector [the one between the glass and the phone ] , and lay the glass back down. Now it’s exactly where it’s supposed to go, no mistakes.

Thank you. But what do you do if it didn’t go on right? Can you remove it and reapply it? I’m a rookie at this.
