THANKS so much. I went to the FloLab, but oddly the reviews on Amazon were bad. And its marked as frequently returned.

  5. FloLab is garbage now. I followed your recommendation on my 15 Pro Max and got the FloLab in Nov 2023. They used to be good, but they went to shit last year and now they are no better than a $5 Amazon pack. I think they changed something in early 2024 because I began to break them every month. FloLab also requires you pay shipping on every warranty, so that was $10 each month for a new protector. 1 claim per month. I just upgraded to the 16 Pro and I decided to go with your #2, the Unbreak… this screen protector is SO much better in literally every way. Each area you measured in this test, I can say from personal experience the Unbreak exceeds FLOLAB in every one of these areas by far. Has the best oleophobic coating I’ve ever seen in a screen protector: It’s been a month and there’s not even 1 fingerprint or 1 small scratch on it. The FloLab was incredibly susceptible to surface scratches, it would look like shit after 1-2 months due to scratches. Also, the FloLab ALWAYS broke on the edge. And I never knew how. I’d pull it out of my pocket and it’d just be broken, crushed on the edge somewhere and a crack stemming from that. I went thru that for almost a whole year, replacing every month. My wife had same experience: first one lasted her 6 months, then mid-2024 she warrantied it and hers began breaking each month too. FloLab is absolutely not the best anymore. Their applicator was a strong reason to choose them over the competition, but now everyone uses the same design. This Unbreak exceeds FloLab in every way, I’m baffled that it still feels slick to the touch after a month. The coating on the FloLab would’ve been GONE, and my screen would’ve been sticky and covered in fingerprints. Unbreak ftw for sure, my wife is not warranting her FloLab… she’s ordering the Unbreak… which also happens to be less than half the price of FloLab

  12. Thank you for this. First video I’ve seen from you and you filled me with confidence by saying in your experience the cracks start at the edges and I’m only here as in 26 years of owning a mobile I’ve never used a screen protector and never cracked a screen, until today. 1 week old iPhone 16pro but it came with a crappy screen protector so I just thought I’d try it! It’s saved my uninsured phone!! I’m now getting this flolab one. I’ll try to use your link but I’m in the UK so hope you get commission but I dunno.

  19. Great vid too bad I think screen protectors are a scam and haven’t used one in 8 years. Glass on your phone isn’t that fragile anymore, but the anti glare is something I never considered, don’t think it’s worth giving up the feeling of the real glass, but might be worth it to someone who works outside.
Using the synthesis you recommended btw, no complaints. Used the mous for my prior s21 ultra; dropped it over 500 times cause I have adhd and like throwing my phone (flipping it). Haven’t gone wrong with your recommendations keep it up, next time I buy something, I might not even bother doing other research I think it’s a waste of time. Searched all over and came back to the synthesis this time anyways. So, thanks for all you do.

THANK YOU for talking about the coverage of screen protectors, I swear I was going mad no one else was talking about it. Quite frankly after buying 3 different brands I’m just using my phone without one. I can’t understand why everyone seemingly forgot how to make a screen protector.

This is why you are my go-to channel for accessories!

I would love if you bought screens on SHEIN. With Tariffs, I think shipping is at %200… I can’t afford making mistakes at trying to not get bubbles. It is really great you’re helping everyone to know how to purchase locally. Thank you.

  24. Too bad thickness wasn’t checked. So far all screen protectors I’ve tried have touch issues because all are DOUBLE thickness from all previous iPhone models. I don’t know what happened but they all must be made by one company in China

  25. I have one cracked corner on my screen protector from one accidental drop. The top corner is cracked but its very small however, the screen protector is kind of peeling off and its chipped slightly and idk if it is a good idea to replace the screen protector. My phone still works fine and I would hate to waste this screen protector I’m just worried that the screen isn’t going to be as protected since I have a crack on my screen protector.

Flolab has really bad reviews on Amazon for my country. It seems many people have stated that the applicator is difficult to use and leaves many bubbles. The issue with these one pack protectors is if you struggle to apply it the first time, you may not get another chance and it’s a lot of $$$ lost

Could you provide a UPC code, or a link that takes us to the ā€œone true screen protectorā€. Thanks.

After looking at my Iphone 16 pro max, I understand why flolab has a little notch at top center. The zagg does not have a notch but it covers less screen under the notch. The flolab is bigger than most screen protectors and the notch is need for the iphone hole at top center.

Flolab did not work for me. It started coming off on one corner right away and another soon after about five months i finally had to go replace it with a zagg. Granted the case I was and still am using may have been the cause of the flo lab screen protector to start coming off by the corners. So if Flo lab made their screen protectors a little smaller, in other words more compatible with at least certain cases then I may give them another try one day. So far zagg has never failed me. I successfully cracked a zagg once after a very hard drop but my actual iPhone screen was fine(so the zagg did its job in protecting the actual iPhone screen) and zagg sent me another screen protector with their warranty. And yeah I did drop my phone at least once with the Flo lab and idk if the phone landed on the screen at all, whatever the case the screen and protector were perfect. I did feel I notched one scratch on the Flo lab protector(not sure if it was from the fall or something else) but the scratch was hardly noticeable. Just my random comment lol

Grear show & awesome helpful info that you provide. I was wondering why you don’t review screen protectors that amazon offers. Because many consumers do go there to purchase their screen protectors. There is a few screen conpanies that i have yet to see you cover. Like: ishieldz, Mr.Shield, Supershieldz, Slanku, LK, EFM, TAC, Mothca & some other Matte screen Finishes. I do realize, their thousands out there, & you have to select what you think is best. I offered some names that you may find worthy or interesting to test. Keep up the Great work. I am sure many viewers appreciate your efforts & skill sets.
    Thank you. Vince
