  8. Id go for the prime power banks not because the 737 isnt bad but the battery tech inside the prime power banks allow them to be rated for more charge cycles almost double what the 737 is rated for

I have anker prime 250w because I like higher wattage and higher mAh that I like so I do have Anker solix 300dc that has 90,000 mAh so I can use an power backup for my led lights as when the regular power went out and still have led stays on whole time is great idea in my apartment thats why also it works to charge my iPhone and my Apple Watch and will help to stay charged little longer than using apple chargers thats why so Anker is the smart charger than apple charger that what is not smart so im happy with that idea that I did for myself a good test my own way so everything went really well and good charge and use at the same time

  10. Did you charge the 737 and 250w to 100% on the battery or 100% on the screen (the 250w needs at least 20 extra minutes past the 100% on the screen to be 100% on the battery. Your results seem too close between the 737 and 250w (with 737 showing more battery than the 250w)

Ive got the 12000Mah small one. Love the super fast speed to charge it and for me its the only non-brick one that fits in a pocket or a bag without making a noticeable difference

  16. If both the 20000 mAh and 27650 mAh charged to 100% in the same time using the 100 W base, that would suggest they actually have the same capacity. And that’s the test that was really missing from this review: fully charge and discharge them, and measure how much they consumed (efficiency) and how much they put out (real capacity).

  20. A lot of people (like myself) have Samsung and other android based phones. So, you should not use language that suggest that the product, or certain features, will only work with iphones. you said "it will tell you how many times you can charge your iphone" is it true that this feature will not work with other phones? If it is true, you should make that clear. Consumers come to youtube for answers and you created doubt. Therefore i must thumbs down this video and any other video that I come across that denies the existence of any other phones that apple.

  25. Anker has the absolute worse privacy policy I have ever read. My version has a blutooth feature that helps you find your unit if lost. I downloaded the app. I dont usually read privacy policies but my spidey senses were tingling so i did this time. It basically sais that you have no privacy at all, they will access any and all data on your phone (without exception) and sell it to whoever they choose. So, i still love the battery unit and charger base, but I deleted the app without agreeing to anal probe.

  26. I’ve seen very similar battery banks by UGREEN, how do they compare to these by Anker? UGREEN’s are more affordable in Europe at €77 for the 25k 200W model, while the 27k 250W by Anker is €144. The UGREEN has less features (no bluetooth) and sligthly lesser capacity and output power, but near half the price!

  30. I have a question did you test it ie how long to charge with 2 cables inputs and if so what was the results over charge time compared to using just one cable with a 100 watt charger.. i think the 250w prime can support even after charging than 50 mintues to full but not sure thank you

  31. Prime 250W reaching 40 degrees recharging is quite toasty, especially when it’s repeatedly under those circumstances on the long run; unless charging it with cooling (a simple fan nearby, or slower charger will remediate that. Also, slower charging power banks significantly extends their lifespan as it lowers the risk of cell balancing issues typically.)

  34. The rated capacity of the 250W Prime is really low in the case of the MBP charging, it delivered only 13800mAh. I guess a lot of power is lost with conversion

just commenting to mention if you own the 27k and have a charging adapter like the samsung 65w you can plug 2 usb c into it and effectively cut charge time in half.

If you put your USB-C kinked cables (and any other cable) into some boiled water for a minute, the plastic cover will relax, and it will go smooth

I recently bought Anker Prime 20,000mAh Power Bank (200W) during black friday sale from Anker Official website for a total of $84.31 ($77.99 + $6.32 tax). I did few rounds of testing with my Xiaomi 12 Pro and Iphone 13 but the phone charges maximum at 25Ws whereas my Xiaomi 12 pro supports 120W charging when charged thru wall socket.

Xiaomi 12 Pro have a battery capacity of 4600mAh and I was able to charge the phone 3 times from almost ~0-5% to 100%.

  50. FYI – I see a lot of comments asking if these can be taken on a plane. Yes, all of these can be taken with you and the TSA specifically in the US wont be able to confiscate them since they all are under 100 Wh. Even the Anker 250W one is under 100 Wh.
