  1. Well , well well….. thats all good and fine ( compliment for your Videos by the way ) but it looks like impossibel to buy a Thermaltake Massive Extrem in Norway. I tryed every thinkabel and unthinkabel way , including around 30 distributer and Thermaltake himself. No one is abel or willing to sell it to me and send it to Norway. Godd Customer Care Thermaltake, Excertis, Bool, Alternate and the unnamned other 30…… .

  2. Ended up buying it, its quite worth it, the laptop still overheats but not as much

  3. Say I have a question about this. Since the fan rpm of the cooler and the internal fans of the laptop are different, would it put stress on the laptop fans and thus shorten its lifespan? Or because of the cooler being lower rpm than the laptop fans, it wont affect it at all?

  8. I won’t say that those things don’t work but with regular cleaning and heat resisting tape over areas where the air isn’t being vented correctly and also raising it up does the same thing. I have 65 degrees and 45 degrees in high end games without spending hardly anything. Most times i see inside laptops it’s bad air flow causing a lot of the issues. I’ve changed many and the temp differences are huge after doing what i just said. Just saying since cheaper is better

  9. Actual question:

Cant you technically have the same effect on any laptop cooler by creating a seal yourself using a similar shaped foam?

Must remember not to go too high or it will cause the fans inside to be impeded from working right.

  24. Lifting your laptop can be enough to not have it overheat though. During the really hot summers in 2018/19 my (at that point 6 year old) laptop actually overheated on the stone slab that is our living room table. I put it on those cork things you normally place hot pots on and it was enough.

  26. this cooler works fantastically. i have a lenovo legion w a fried gpu that disconnects n crashes when gaming, and using one of these coolers has done wonders to keep this old hunk of junk limping along w relatively minimal crashes or temp throttling. highly recommend. it’s so worth it to help protect ur laptop from overheating, especially when it comes to the higher powered and hotter laptops

It also depends on the grill under the laptop, I use a cheap triple fan and it’ll bring my temps down 10+ degrees on my MSI. Being liquid cooled It dose a fine job on its own but the fans are loud on max rpm and that annoys me. They never hit max rpm with the fans underneath

I bought it, and bought before it another equally expensive cooling pad, both with dust filters, both are good at cooling my laptop, however, this cooler is the only one that "truely " filters dust, the other one before it was good at cooling but it creeps fine dust! The filter doesn’t work. It was creeping and accumulating dust inside, which is really bad because it seals it inside and pushes to the laptop, dust is worse than heat! However, this cooler is highly recommended πŸ‘Œ

Btw if you do a triple jump (jump -> plunge -> jump (mid air) -> plunge), you can start flying from a flat surface. It’s really fun using these jump mechanics practically
