    Actually you need to have at least more than one of those to detect any certain damage, and it needs to be bigger, enough to detect every single part of yourself.
    It also needs to be stronger because it can break, also it needs to be charged every single time, also it needs enough battery to detect every part of your body for enough time, also the Technologies, the expensive it would be, and the useless it could be
