But,I can’t connect to the internet. Please help me to connect internet.
I did all of this but now my Netflix and Prime does not connect to this address on my new xfinity modem. It shows the internet is connected.
The TV can see my wireless network but will not connect. I have managed to get the TV to connect twice in 2 weeks only to find that when I turn the TV back on the next day the connection is broken again. So far this TV has been sh!t!
I’ve tried all the possible ways on how to connect to wireless router but it says "connection failed" I’ve tried it many times. The wps button, scan and connect, pin code. All that, it won’t work. Someone please help Thanks.

Spent hours with this damn wireless setup with no luck! Finally called into sharp and they walked me through factory reset which solved everything. Now I have Netflix. Life is complete

How on earth do you expect people to understand the instructions you’re given them when there’s a hell of a lot of noise in the background. People choose this to be taught something not to be defended by music which, all it does is irritate people. Hello when I open the sharp Aquos menu it says, picture, audio, power control, setup and option. No where does it say anything about connecting to the internet. Do I need the original remote to have this option. This universal remote works fine but in the menu it shows nothing about using the internet and I can’t cast to it . I can access a menu …are there two separate menus and I can’t access the one that connects to the Internet because I need the original remote?

That place did not have smart tv option and that place I can’t see internet connection.
OMG thank you thank you thank you… I had to use the manual setup because my WiFi wasn’t popping up. But without you I wouldn’t have made it that far. 🙂
