I have been a window user all my life. I gave up and finally ordered a MacBook Pro 14" with the base M4, 24GB RAM and 1TB of storage.
I’m just so fed up with poor build quality on windows machines. AMD Ryzen > Intel, but for most people, I don’t think anything is going to beat the Macs battery life, silence and quality. You pay for it, but it it lasts longer than the 2 years my last windows laptop did, it works out better value over time.

Collin should get a bonus laptop. With a webcam. Throw a dog a bone. I use Linux and love my TongFang from Europe. The metal case was important to me. I use a desktop at home. Ordered with Linux. Used the ubuntu for 6 months. I like debian. I am always running Linux in performance mode. Should write a script to launch on start up. How uses Linux there?
