The BEST PORTABLE SPEAKER I've Ever Heard | Soundcore Motion X600

The Soundcore Motion X600 has a lot going for it. Incredible build quality, app support, great sound, but the big difference here is the addition of spatial audio to the speaker. It sounds fantastic. Better than any $200 portable speaker should. And the spatial audio is the secret sauce.

That sounds terrible. You didn’t even play a Basey song. Harmon Karson is way better sounding

I have a pair of soundcore space one headphones. They were just $99. They are pretty good sounding. The noise cancelling ability is better than every other headphone i have owned or tried. You dont hear anything other than the music.

  11. Just purchased today and listened side by side with my older Megaboom 3. Taking this X600 back to the store. It’s a good speaker for the price, but the sound quality doesn’t compare with the Megaboom. It’s a bit older now but still sounds fantastic.

So the price goes to AU$117.00 (US$78.79), as of 5th July 2024. According to this Y.T page it’s a great price.

  15. Please fiddle with your noise gate and compression a bit on your mic. I can hear some background noise whenever you’re talking (fan? heater? ac? not sure what), then a hard cut to silence when you stop. I really want to listen to you, but that’s all I can hear.

Soundcore – just like Wiim, Fiio and dozens of other Chinese audio brands – can do it for the price because they don’t pay the wages we expect in developed countries (offtopic, but China and India are still considered developing countries). They also have efficiencies of scale that Western manufacturers can only dream of. The question then becomes how much of the cost of an iPhone made in China is the dreaded ‘Apple tax’ ? A debate best left for another day, but you DID ask how Soundcore do it for the money.

So I bought this speaker as everyone was making it such a big thing on the market, and all YouTube reviewers giving an exceptional positive feedback.

I must say it’s a big disappointment for the £119 discounted price, for a full price £199 would be even more tragic as it’s worse than a Marshall Kilburn with only 36W. Giving this only 1 star unfortunately, it’s a really big disappointment.

Just like with phones, watches, and everything else Chinese, you are paying less with dollars and more with your privacy.

  23. How Anker Became World’s Leading Smartphone Accessories Brand?

While the smartphone market is being dominated by the likes of Samsung, Apple, and BBK Electronics, there has been one brand that has been working tirelessly to make a name for itself in the smartphone accessories market. And this brand is none other than Anker. Now, you might be thinking, who is Anker? And why does that name sound so familiar? Well, Anker is one of the leading smartphone accessory brands in the entire world. According to Statista, Anker Innovation Technology is the leading brand in wireless charging as they generated a revenue of $1 billion as of May 2022. The brand that came second was Belkin, which had a revenue of $645 million. From this data, it is as clear as day that Anker is not only leading in the wireless charging industry but absolutely dominating it too.  There are several sub-brands under the Anker Innovations Technology umbrella which include the likes of Anker, Soundcore, Eufy, and Nebula. These brands make a number of different products. Anker is the primary manufacturer of chargers, power banks, charging cables, etc. Whereas Soundcore makes headphones, earbuds, Bluetooth speakers, and other music-related products. What’s more is that Anker is diversifying its portfolio through Nebula, which is a company that produces portable home theater projectors. Eufy, on the other hand, makes innovative smart-home devices like automated vacuum machines, doorbells, dog cameras, floodlights, security cams, and much more, which may come as a surprise to most people who have no idea that the company manufactures these kinds of products as well. Anker is also the parent company of Roav, the makers of innovative in-car products, as well as Bolder, which is a premium flashlight brand. The company also used to be the parent company of Zolo and KARAPAX. Unfortunately, those sub-brands have become defunct. In summary, each brand under Anker focuses on a particular kind of technology and tries to innovate on it

  32. Paid $199.00CAN “on sale” from my local Costco here in *Toronto-Canada* for this about 3 months ago & have actually used it for roughly about 20 to 25 minutes since then. So just in case y’all have not already guessed “impressed” by it, I am truly not. So much so, that I am still kicking myself for regrettably selling my damn near brand new *Bose Flex* in order to buy this (in hindsight) horribly overrated speaker in the first place. 🤬

  35. How are you a tech reviewer and actually think that your hi-res lossless tracks in Apple Music are actually outputting that way over Bluetooth? Apple only uses the AAC codec for Bluetooth which maxes out at 320 kbps.

  44. It sounds very, very good out of the box. Looks nice, & has an aux. input. Unfortunately, the C-port connection was immediately bad also. Customer support was contradictory between phone, email, & a return through them was just a pain at this point in my life. So I returned it to the store. Granted, I got it at Ross for $50, so idk … It’s currently on sale at Verizon for $119, so I might try again. But I’m a little leery of dealing with the brand. Still, it’s very nice, has a true stereo output which is unique – and the capability to pair 2 identical in stereo also. Tempting. I might just have gotten a bad one.
