How do I turn it off? I clicked the power button but the number just keeps flashing. Does it just turn off automatically?
Mine is brand new..I just received it on Friday. It WAS charged up when I got it, BUT now it just keeps flashing zero no matter what charger I use..I tried all three. Advice?

I bought one of these and used it twice and got an error message 188. Wouldn’t do anything. I did go straight to the company email instead of Amazon and the cs was amazing. They are sending out another but offered a refund. Ill try it once more and see. Is yours still working?
